On going Yoga classes with Gabrielle Hopp.
Gabe will be out of town for a while.
She is off to study yoga and travel in India.

Paul Busch and Holly Munoz will be teaching for Gabe while Gabe is away.
Be sure to come to class and get a taste of Pauls teaching and Holly’s teaching, they are both great

Paul will be teaching the January dates, Sunday 21 and Sunday 28.
And Holly is covering the dates in February, 5th, 12th, 19th, and the 26th.

Paul Busch
Paul’s teaching comes from 25 years of yoga experience.
He has a true and genuine passion for the subject of yoga.
Without doubt, Paul’s teaching is true, dedicated, caring and practical.
If you’ve had a class from Paul, you already know that both humor and fun are alway to be found in his class room..

Holly Munoz
Holly’s style is definitely Anusara influenced, both in her yoga practice and in her teaching. She also has a genuine passion for the subject of yoga and is constantly seeking out new yoga truths.Holly is a certified Yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She has studied with many great teachers over the years and is currently in Arizona furthering her yoga studies.

Breathe and Relax with dec.

This class focuses on supported and recuperative Yoga postures as well as working with pranayama (breath work), meditations and relaxations.
You will leave feeling peaceful, centered and relaxed.

For Gabrielle and Dec, yoga is about increasing consciousness and gaining awareness to fully pursue one’s dharma and recognize one’s true Self. Both teaching styles recognize the overall goal of Self-Realization within the realm of the yoga class—the true purpose of a yoga practice as a life practice, rather than a routine of physical poses.
