Tracey Gobran
Tracey found her first connection with Pilates 8 years ago while training as a long distance runner and triathlete. She is a Stott Pilates trained instructor believing that it supports the body’s abilities to cross-train, avoid injury, maintain core strength and rehabilitate. Tracey enjoys working with clients to pass on her enthusiasm for “intelligent exercise” as they develop flexibility, stability and strength whether they’re training for an event or recovering from an injury.
She is a married mother of two leading an active and healthy lifestyle. Tracey and her family love to stay busy by being involved in various sports, spending time with family over lengthy dinners and traveling. She is formally trained as an Interior Designer with an emphasis in textiles which she enjoys as a hobby. Her additional interests include photography, cooking and staying healthy from the inside out.
