Challenge yourself this spring!
This 55 minute workout is designed to get your heart-rate up with intervals of cardio and to strengthen and lengthen with prop-based Pilates mat work. This is a faster-paced Pilates class, previous mat class experience is required.
These classes will run Wednesdays, 9:00am to 9:55am.

Our next beginning mat series starts July 3rd….REGISTER NOW

Taught by  Vickie and Heather. The class meets Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. Focusing on building a solid foundation, students will learn the pilates  principles and essential pilates mat repertoire.   Students attend both classes weekly.  There are no make-up classes offered.  Cost for six week series: $144.00  (12 classes)

Saturday’s, Community/Group Acupuncture 

Acupuncture treatments in a group setting for:
Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Headache, Allergies, Sinus Issues, Asthma, Arthritis, Low Energy, Digestive Issues, Migraine, Low Energy, Aches and Pains, Emotional Imbalances and much more.
Acupuncture performed in a community space allows a synergy to take place similar to the experience of group meditation. The room would have some activity with minimal coming and going, the environment will be quiet and calm.

Cost: will be $30 for one treatment, $130.00 for five treatments.
Saturdays from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
Each treatment will last approx 45 minutes.

Limited to 5 people. Students will be introduced to the pilates reformer and learn the essential reformer exercises and choreography. This class is designed for students with previous pilates mat experience and a thorough understanding of the principles of pilates.

Saturdays, 8:45am – 9:45am
May 4th to June 29th .

Cost for the 9 week series is $198.00.

For clients new to private training at Core.

This is an excellent way to start your pilates or for the experienced practicioner, to fine-tune your skills.
Experience instruction on Reformers, Cadillac, Barrel, Chair, and other Pilates equipment. Have your trainer design a workout to satisfy your own needs and desires.
All of our instructors have training in other movement modalities and we encourage them to use these in their sessions. The result is a satisfying pilates workout where movement is influenced by dance, Gyrokenesis, TRX, and yoga to name a few.
Clients have six weeks after the date of purchase to get their three sessions in.
Cancellation policy: We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy at Core, please contact your trainer directly if you need to cancel, in order to avoid being charged.

Core is currently seeking experienced pilates instructors.

Core is seeking fully-certified, experienced (2+ years teaching) instructors. We are looking for outgoing, independent, reliable and professional trainers with excellent costumer service skills. At Core we emphasize a holistic approach to pilates by blending in other movement modalities.  Ideally the instructor would have some experience working with injuries and teaching rehab-oriented pilates. Any other training is a plus. We encourage our trainers to be creative and have fun while maintaining a safe practice for the client.

Current opportunities:

  • Teaching Reformer group classes plus Private and Semi-private training.
  • Part time hours to begin with, ideally afternoons and one weekend day available.
  • Building hours to desired schedule, with the possibility of adding, Mat classes, TRX classes, etc. over time.
  • Must have experience with training on all pieces of equipment (reformer,cadillac, chair and barrels plus special populations)
