Beginning Mat
Our next beginning mat series starts July 3rd….REGISTER NOW
Taught by Vickie and Maria. The class meets Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. Focusing on building a solid foundation, students will learn the pilates principles and essential pilates mat repertoire. Students attend both classes weekly. There are no make-up classes offered. Cost for six week series: $144.00 (12 classes)
