Aerialates is dynamic exercise that combines the aerial arts with Pilates to challenge the body and spirit. Aerialates utilises many of the principles developed by Joseph Pilates, who himself was an acrobat and a circus performer.Limited to three people.
Taught by Core Pilates instructor and Aerialates creator Elizabeth Skwiot.
