TRX Training

TRX is a suspension system that trains the entire body by using your own body as resistance.  At Core, we mix traditional TRX exercises with mat and reformer exercises to offer a challenging and fun class. With pilates principles and exercises as the foundation, this class will strengthen you as well as challenge your stability, balance and strength.

TRX Classes: Thursdays at 5:30pm.

NEW…TRX/Reformer Series: Sundays at 1:15pm,
Beginning March 4th.

Cost for March/April TRX/Reformer Series $176.00
(8 weeks – no Class April 8, Easter Sunday)
Limited to five people a class. Pre-registration is recommended.

We also offer Private or Semi-private TRX instruction.
